RHD Children’s Services
Resources For Human Development, Inc. (RHD) is a large, diversified
nonprofit social service organization. Headquartered in Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania, we currently sponsor human service programs in ten
states. Since 1970, we've been creating and providing supportive
services with particular emphasis on serving the mentally ill,
developmentally delayed, addicted, and homeless populations.
RHD’s
Children’s Services Programs provide an array of child and adolescent
services in Philadelphia, including “wrap-around” behavioral health
services through Children’s Outreach Services Program (COSP), outpatient
therapy and psychiatry services through Children’s Clinical Services
(CCS), emergency “wrap-around” services through the Children’s
Interim Response Team Program (CIRT), behavioral health services
in public schools through School Based Behavioral Health Program
(SBBH), partial hospitalization services through the Stepping Stones
Program, and early childhood developmental support through Early
Intervention (EI).
